Silicone Conformal Coating is a light yellow transparent liquid, is a silicone conformal coating, with good adhesion, moderate strength, good resistance to hot and cold alternation, high resistance to vulcanization, moisture resistance, weather aging, low odor and environmental protection. The product viscosity is medium, can be cured by both room temperature and heat curing. After curing, it has good adhesion with metal, PCB plate and other substrates, and can be used in electronic and electrical appliances, home appliance industry, digital electronics, led, automobile industry, aerospace, navigation, medical and other industries, can provide a full range of protection for these industries, electronic devices, circuit boards, communication devices and other precision components, giving them Moisture-proof, salt spray-proof, mold-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-leakage, anti-aging, insulation, life extension and other functions. This product can be added with ultraviolet fluorescent agent, which is convenient for leakage detection in later construction.

III.  Application Methods
1. This product can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping and other methods. The coating shall be free from sagging and leakage.
2. Before painting, the water and oil on the surface of the object to be painted must be removed.
3. The second coating can be applied only after the surface of the first coating is dry.
4. This product is a single component packaging, curing depends on contact with water in the air. The higher the air humidity content is, the faster the coating solidifies; the higher the temperature is, the faster the coating solidifies. Therefore, if it is not used up at one time, the end of the barrel should be covered in time for reuse next time.
5. Open fire shall be strictly prohibited during construction, and work clothes easy to produce static electricity shall be avoided.

IV.  Packaging, storage and transportation
1.Storage: it is recommended to store the product in a well-ventilated and low temperature(0 ℃ - 30 ℃) away from sunlight. The effective storage period of the product is 6 months. If the product meets the standard, it can still be used;
2.Packaging: conventional packaging 5kg / barrel or 20kg / barrel, the packaging can be specified according to the needs of users.
3.Transportation: SH-1296, SH-1297 are stored and transported as non-dangerous goods. Other models shall be stored and transported as flammable materials
